Welcome to the official website of The Raw Entertainment Group. We are a Melbourne based company that specializes in several areas including video production, distribution, promotion, management and design. All these specialist services fall under the Raw Entertainment umbrella.

The company was established on a professional level in 2003 but we have been running separate entities since 2001. Our origin is a very simple one. We began as a small monthly Hiphop newsletter called '4 THa HuSTLas' which was distributed through one of Melbourne's largest music retailers, HMV Music in the Bourke Street Mall.

In late 2000, the newsletter spawned the highly successful Raptism.Com. Once a simple Hiphop fan page, Raptism.Com is now regarded as one of the classic websites for exclusive news stories, interviews, videos and release dates. Based on the success of Raptism.Com, we expanded into more profitable business ventures. In November of 2001 Raw Impact Productions was officially created.

Raw Impact's primary focus is distribution. Since January 2002, we released many products into the Australian market. Several labels aligned with Raw Impact to have their products released including Fortress Entertainment (who are by far the premium producers of Hiphop DVD's across the world), as well as DPG Recordz and Outlaw Recordz, two high profile independant labels in the United States.

Based on our relationship with Fortress Entertainment, in 2005 we expanded our operations to include video production here in Australia. We now offer local artists based in Australia the same quality service that has been offered to the US for many years. Not only do we complete music videos, but we cater to any form of professional video production that our clients may require. This also includes professional photography work.

From all the positive feedback we receive on our ever evolving websites, we have also established a web design service. Our website designs vary from the professional layouts to basic templates to get you started. Our professional design service is now available to people across the world at affordable prices.

Where to next? Our focus now is to consolidate our company as a specialist provider of these services. With a dedicated team in each field, the Raw Entertainment Group will only get bigger from here.
